What do you do for work?
I am the CEO and Executive Producer of THIS IS IT NETWORK™, a global digital TV network dedicated to amplifying the voices of remarkable women through engaging lifestyle content. I also lead SCREAM YOUR DREAM™, a personal branding platform designed to help professionals find their unique voice, tell their stories and take up space in their industries.

I love exploring new places, trying new restaurants and conversing with inspiring women. I also LOVE discount shopping—it's my guilty pleasure. Whether it’s a casual moment with friends or an exciting event with influential leaders, I enjoy learning, laughing, living life to the fullest and finding a great “deal.”

Empowering women is at the heart of everything I do. I support organizations championing female entrepreneurs, professional development and women’s leadership. I am on the Board of Directors for Unite for Her. I also mentor women in business, helping them to step into their power and SCREAM THEIR DREAM.
#ScreamYourDream is so much more than a hashtag. How did it originate and what has it grown into?
I am physically unable to whisper. You can often hear me before you see me. I have always been unapologetically loud and have encouraged others to be the same. #ScreamYourDream started as a personal mantra and has grown into a global movement. It represents the boldness of showing up, speaking up and being seen. Its philosophy encourages women to own their stories, build their brands and turn passion into purpose. Today, it fuels my work through coaching, keynotes, workshops and digital content that inspire women to step into their greatness.

You are such a natural public speaker. For those of us who are not, please share your top 3 tips for talking in front of a group.
1. Know Your Story – Confidence comes from authenticity. When you share your own experiences, your passion shines through. Start with 3 key points from your experience or expertise and identify three talking points for each experience to include within your presentation.
2. Engage, Don’t Just Speak – Make eye contact, ask questions and create a conversation rather than a lecture.
3. Practice & Prepare – Even the best speakers rehearse. Know your key points, but let your delivery feel natural and fluid.
How did you first get introduced to REALM and Ann King Lagos?
REALM and Ann King Lagos' commitment to empowering women caught my attention. Ann and I met at an event last year and have collaborated on several projects since then. Her passion for craftsmanship and storytelling deeply resonates with me, and I love how REALM jewelry embodies strength, confidence and individuality.

Family is my foundation, my constant source of love, strength and motivation. My children remind me every day of my purpose and mission. As an entrepreneur and storyteller, my family fuels my passion and keeps me grounded. They are my ‘why’—the reason I push forward, take risks and SCREAM MY DREAM every single day.

What is your advice on work/life balance?
Work/life balance isn’t about splitting time evenly; it’s about being present in the moment—whether in business or with loved ones. Set clear boundaries, prioritize what truly matters and give yourself permission to pause. Success isn’t just about professional achievements; it’s about creating a fulfilling life.
March is International Women’s Month. What does that mean to you?
March is a time to celebrate, amplify and uplift the voices of women everywhere. It’s not just about looking at how far we’ve come—it’s about pushing forward, breaking barriers and paving new paths for the next generation of female leaders.
Any other advice for women in business... and in life?
1. Find your voice and use it. Don’t wait for permission to be heard.
2. Build your brand with intention. Who you are matters just as much as what you do.
3. Support other women. Collaboration is the key to lasting success.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
I see THIS IS IT NETWORK™ expanding globally, reaching more women through digital content, live events and educational platforms. I want to continue helping women entrepreneurs and leaders amplify their voices and build their brands—on an even bigger stage. We are looking forward to producing even more digital content and female-focused documentaries.
You’ve been interviewed many times. Is there a side of you that hasn’t been revealed but you’d like to share with us?
People see me as this bold, outgoing personality, but they might not know I’m also profoundly reflective and intentional. Every step I take, every message I share, comes from a place of purpose and passion—not just performance.
